AM-2000 Series ENT Microscope

A preparation guide for trained healthcare teams. Use the operating instructions supplied for your unit and complete the appropriate training before clinical use.

  1. Identify your ENT configuration

Record the AM-2000 model suffix, objective, binocular, mounting and imaging accessories. The series brochure and videos show configurations that may differ from your ENT setup.

  2. Prepare for installation

Review the series installation material with your supplier. Have the mounting, balance, working position and cable routing checked for your examination room.

  3. Arrange an ENT handover

Ask the supplier to demonstrate the eyepieces, binocular position, magnification, focus and illumination on the delivered unit. Practise with a non-clinical target.

  4. Confirm documentation and capture

Keep the supplied operating manual and service contact with the microscope. If a camera is fitted, use the resources for that camera and test file capture and export.

Your Reference Material
