AM-6000 Series ENT Microscope

A preparation guide for trained healthcare teams. Use the operating instructions supplied for your unit and complete the appropriate training before clinical use.

  1. Confirm the ENT setup

Record the AM-6000 mounting type, binocular, objective and camera. The series brochure includes several configurations; confirm which apply to your ENT installation.

  2. Review the installation video

Use the series video to prepare for supplier installation. Ask the installer to check the support, movement, balance and cable routing with the fitted accessories.

  3. Complete a configured-unit handover

Have viewing position, focus, zoom, illumination and locks demonstrated on your unit. Use a non-clinical target for familiarisation and follow the supplied operating instructions.

  4. Check imaging and support

Where imaging is fitted, test capture and export with the matching camera guide. Record service contact details and the maintenance requirements supplied with your microscope.
